In addition to the topics below, this first session will be spent on discussing processes, expectations and seek agreement on the cohort norms throughout the academy
Goals: Operating a nonprofit organization that makes an impact on your community is hard work. People and their ability to lead are key to organizations functioning at a high level and being able to build their capacity to fully address their mission. Becoming the leader and convening other leaders to make this happen is an intentional action that relies on a deep understanding of leadership, how leaders behave and practices that move the organization forward.
