Model The Way ~ A Workshop for ED's
Organizational values, Vision and Mission. The personal work begins to shape Organizational work.
This workshop: Great Leaders establish principles concerning the way people (constituents, peers, colleagues, and customers alike) should be treated and the way they should pursue goals.
Great Leaders create standards of excellence and set an example for others to follow.
Great leaders get there by first starting internally and develop a leadership philosophy. Your leadership philosophy are personal values and principles that guide actions and decisions and that are brought to the work you do for your organization.
Your values and your organizational values become guideposts.
Designed for— In this workshop we will examine, frame and discuss your leadership philosophies with peers. We will explore how these shape the organizations that you lead, how you build and affirm the shared values of your organization, and how you align your actions with those shared values to build an internal culture
