This workshop will help you take all of your fundraising pieces and parts and make them into a plan with goals, strategies and actions.  Creating a plan will not only help you focus and prioritize around the best practices of philanthropy, but organize your development activities and apply them to a calendar that isn’t just a calendar of events, but a mapping out of your strategies.  This workshop will help you create actions based around acquiring donors, retaining donors and upgrading donors.
