Our Café-Session interactive discussion centers around common practices, myths, and mistakes that make Board Meetings less effective and the modifications that can allow meetings to be more efficient and effective. From Agenda structure to report structure and beyond, your moderators will engage peers to discuss what works well and what drives participants to distraction in the way that we do the work of our organizations.
