The Five Conflict Management Styles | Pryor Learning

It is impossible to work with people, organizations, systems, or policy without engaging in conflict. Leaders who understand and who can dispassionately deploy effective conflict management and resolution strategies are best equipped to help teams, organizations, and communities achieve their goals. This workshop will define conflict, diagnose the sources of conflict, and provide effective tools for leaders to manage, reduce, and resolve conflict within their teams, peer groups, organizations, and communities.

This workshop will provide participants with an understanding of the following:

  • Understanding how conflict arises in the workplace and other settings.
  • Understanding how to identify the different types of conflict.
  • Understanding how to effectively address conflict among teams and within organizations.
  • Improving modes of communication within teams and organizations.
