You need help and this academy will provide yo u the basics, giving you a foundation of understanding, steps to implement it all and strategies to fit it all into the day. We will also discuss self care and burnout avoidance strategies - for you and your team.
The Executive Director Academy builds a cohort and
peer learning support system. You will meet other ED's just like you, and
have ample time to learn and share with others.
