Mid-level managers are the bridge in every nonprofit—supporting staff while answering to leadership. It’s a challenging role that requires balancing priorities, managing people, and keeping programs on track. Our Peer Coaching Groups create a supportive, structured space where managers can share challenges, learn new approaches, and strengthen leadership skills in real time.
Each session centers around real issues managers face—whether it’s motivating staff, handling tough conversations, or managing workload. Through open-ended peer coaching, participants uncover new perspectives, practical tools, and strategies they can apply right away.
Participants will:

*How This Works Peer Coaching groups will be customized - To ensure personal attention, groups will be limited to 8 participants with a minimum of 6 so the start date will vary until we have a minimum number of comparable peers. Groups will then form as we identify participants to create a cohesive group. Please Reserve Your Spot by Registering below and be sure to complete our "Peer Coaching Group Interest" Form HERE Days, times, and dates determined by interest form responses. After a cohesive group is established, coaching sessions will meet monthly and will last 2 - 2.5 hours. Groups will meet for 7 online sessions (1 meet and greet + 6 coaching sessions) over 6-8 months with each group facilitated by our Trained Cognitive Coach, Crystallee Crain.
