Leadership Exchange gives you a place to bring it.
This is a flexible, facilitated coaching community for nonprofit professionals at every stage of their careers. There is no curriculum to keep up with and no expectation that everyone in the room has the same title or level of experience.
Instead, we start with what you are facing right now.
Each session combines expert facilitation, practical coaching and the collective experience of nonprofit professionals who understand the realities of this work. Depending on the topics participants bring, we'll work together or in smaller facilitated conversations so you can spend your time on the issues most relevant to you.
Your quarterly subscription includes:
- Monthly live coaching sessions throughout the quarter
- Access to experienced Nonprofit Network coaches and consultants
- Small-group coaching conversations based on the challenges participants bring
- Opportunities to learn from nonprofit professionals with different roles, experiences, and perspectives

Who should join?
Leadership Exchange is for nonprofit professionals navigating leadership, management, or organizational challenges. Whether you're supervising someone for the first time, leading a program, managing a team, serving as an executive director, or have decades of experience behind you.
You don't have to have all the answers to belong here. You just have to be willing to be part of the conversation.
