Board Recruitment and Orientation

Strong boards do not happen by accident. They are built through intentional recruitment and clear orientation. This workshop helps nonprofit leaders and board members design practical systems for identifying the right candidates, setting clear expectations, and preparing new members to succeed from the start. Participants will learn how to create a board profile based on organizational needs, improve recruitment conversations, and develop an orientation process that builds accountability, engagement, and long-term commitment.
