Nonprofit executives and senior leaders juggle strategy, staff, boards, donors, and community impact every day. The demands are complex, and the work can feel isolating. Our Peer Coaching Groups offer a structured, confidential space where leaders work alongside peers who understand these unique challenges. 

Through guided conversations and powerful open-ended questions, participants bring their most pressing issues to the table and leave with fresh insights, practical solutions, and renewed energy to lead. 

Participants will:

• Strengthen leadership capacity through active listening and coaching practice.
• Gain practical strategies for working with staff, boards, and donors.
• Build accountability by setting and tracking personal leadership goals.
• Expand their peer network with other nonprofit leaders who “get it.” 

Format: Small cohorts of 6–8 leaders meet online for 7 sessions (2–2.5 hours each) over 6–8 months. Each group is facilitated by a Trained Cognitive Coach to ensure conversations remain focused and impactful.

Dates: (second Tuesday of each month 10am until 12:30pm) - (5/12, 6/9, 7/14, 8/11, 9/8, 10/13, & 10/27)

*How This Works

• Peer Coaching groups will be customized - To ensure personal attention, groups will be limited to 8 participants with a minimum of 6 so the start date will vary until we have a minimum number of comparable peers. 
• Groups will then form as we identify participants to create a cohesive group.

After an informal interview by phone or email with each of you and a group is established, coaching sessions will meet monthly and will last 2 - 2.5 hours. Groups will meet for 7 online sessions (1 meet and greet + 6 coaching sessions) over 6-8 months with each group facilitated by our Trained Cognitive Coach, Ella Hephzibah.

Participation cost: $725 for NN members

 and $850 for non-members
